Inside Sales Representative (Telesales)
Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Inside Sales Representative to identify, develop, and maintain business opportunities. The ideal candidate should understand computers, networking, CCTV, and other IT-related products, and proven experience in B2B sales or tele sales.
Duties and Responsibilities
Lead Generation
Proactively make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate sales opportunities. Conduct Cold calls, follow-ups, and virtual presentations to drive customer engagement and close deals.
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and dealers through regular phone and virtual interactions to drive sales, expand market presence, and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
Sales and Revenue Growth
Identify and pursue sales opportunities with existing or new customers and execute initiatives to meet or exceed sales and revenue goals for assigned brands.
Planning and Strategy
Collaborate with customers to understand their business needs and challenges and develop tailored solutions and strategies that meet both client and company goals.
Product and Industry Knowledge
Provide product expertise to customers as their first point of contact with the product and company. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor offerings to identify new business opportunities and modify strategies.
Reports and Proposals
Prepare detailed reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information including sales progress, forecasts, customer interactions, call outcomes. Prepare and negotiate customer proposals, quotes, and contracts.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with sales team, product management, marketing, and other departments to ensure alignment on sales initiatives, product launches, and promotional activities. Provide feedback to improve product offerings and customer experience.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the IT or technology industry.
- Previous experience in a contact center with a sales role is preferred.
- Knowledge of networking products, CCTV systems, and other IT-related solutions.
- Ability to negotiate pricing and contracts.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Results-oriented mindset and ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated and goal oriented.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office tools.
