Product Manager
Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Product Manager to lead the development and management of our products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap while working closely with vendors, sales teams, and marketing teams to ensure successful product launches and continuous improvements.
Duties and Responsibilities
Product Selection & Vendor Management
Work with vendors to curate and select products that align with business goals and customer needs. Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors to negotiate favorable terms and pricing.
Inventory Management
Monitor and optimize inventory levels to ensure product availability without overstocking. Work with warehouse and other internal teams to streamline inventory processes.
Sales Collaboration & Support
Provide the sales and other internal teams with the necessary product information, pricing, and promotional strategies. Analyze sales data to identify trends and recommend adjustments to product offerings.
Market Research & Competitive Analysis
Conduct research to understand market trends and customer preferences. Benchmark product offerings against competitors to maintain a competitive edge.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Track product performance, analyze key metrics, and recommend improvements. Generate reports for leadership to assess product profitability and sales impact.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with sales team, marketing, and other departments to ensure alignment on sales initiatives, product launches, and promotional activities.
Compliance & Best Practices
Implement best practices in vendor and inventory management.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in product management, preferably within the IT or technology industry.
- Knowledge of networking products, CCTV systems, and other IT-related solutions.
- Ability to negotiate pricing and support from vendors.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Results-oriented mindset and ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Excel.

- Experience in managing products for multi-brand portfolios.
