Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and creative Multi-media Artist to join our dynamic digital marketing team. This role will focus on creating visually compelling online content, including display ads, emailers, infographics, and social media assets, to drive brand engagement and support marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong design sensibility, technical proficiency, and the ability to translate creative briefs into impactful, platform-appropriate visuals.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation & Design: Develop high-quality, platform-appropriate online materials such as ads, emailers, infographics, and social media posts.
- Translate content briefs and brand guidelines into visually striking designs that align with brand identity.
- Incorporate basic motion graphics or animations to enhance the quality and engagement of digital content.
- Ensure all designs maintain consistency in layout, typography, and branding across platforms. Social Media & Campaign Support.
- Create and recommend engaging content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and others.
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to execute content calendars and support digital marketing campaigns.
- Provide photo and/or video coverage for events, shoots, campaigns, or other Digital Marketing initiatives.
- Update and submit online materials for immediate posting, ensuring timely delivery. Project Innovation & ExecutionInitiate and contribute to special projects that enhance corporate and departmental objectives.
- Propose creative ideas to improve content quality and audience engagement.
- Manage and prioritize design tasks to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality output. Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with the Digital Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams to align designs with campaign goals and business objectives.
- Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and optimize creative outputs.
- Support the broader marketing team with visual assets for product launches, promotions, or events.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in graphic design, ideally within an agency or content production environment.
- Proven expertise in designing for social media, digital advertising, and online platforms.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro and Lighthouse) and motion design tools (e.g., After Effects).
- Excellent skills in layout, typography, and maintaining brand consistency.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage workload independently, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
- Confident in interpreting creative briefs, applying feedback, and driving design projects forward.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in video editing, livestreaming, or motion graphics for digital content.
- Familiarity with designing for retail, FMCG, or consumer brands.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and market trends.
