Job Overview

Multimedia Artist is responsible for generating designs, layouts, prints, coordination of production of materials, and perform photo and video shoots. Also, part of his/her responsibility is to make sure that media files are backed-up, organized and updated.

In addition, he/she is also tasked to provide support on other marketing tasks as directed by their superior.

Duties and Responsibilities

Design and Layout
- Design and layout materials from digital to print media
  - From Brands
  - From Internal
  - Special requests
Print and Production
- Coordination of print production to suppliers
- Internal printing of materials
Photography and Videography
- Photography
  - Product photography
  - Internal photo shoot
  - Event photo documentation
- Videography
  - Video shoot
  - Internal video shoot
  - Event video documentation
- Editing
  - Photo and video editing
Events
- Booth and area design and layout
Updateing and Curationof Media Files
- Make sure media files are backed up, updated, and organized
Support
- Assist in other marketing tasks as directed by superior

Qualifications and Requirements

Graduate of Fine Arts degree or any related course
1–2 years work experience is a plus
Good communications skills
Willing to learn
Able to work with minimal supervision
Proactive and able to solve task related problems
Able to assess and process situations and given directives
