Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive Digital Marketing Assistant to manage and enhance the online presence of our assigned brands. This role is focused on the end-to-end management of social media accounts, including generating social media calendars and executing daily content schedules. The Assistant will produce creative content for platforms like Facebook and TikTok, ensuring alignment with brand goals, and will collaborate with internal teams and external Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs). A key responsibility includes analyzing content performance metrics and staying updated with digital marketing trends to continuously improve content strategies. Candidates must be a college graduate in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, with at least one year of experience in social media management.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Handle and manage assigned brand social media accounts
  • Generate social media calendar planning and execution
  • Strategize content, postings and activities that can be done on social media platforms
  • Schedule contents for posting on a daily basis
  • Produce content for assigned brands
  • Collaborate with other teams such as marketing and design to create content that aligns with the company's goals and brand identity
  • Analyze content performance metrics such as views, engagement, and conversion rates to inform future content strategies
  • Edit and proofread content for accuracy, grammar, and style
  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and technologies to continuously improve content creation skills
  • Coordinate with clients regarding collaboration and/or content requirements
  • Engage with KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) for content generation and branding promotion
  • Generate content for brand pages
  • Create online activities for assigned brand social media accounts
  • Generate social media performance reports

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Male or Female, 28 or younger
  • College graduate major in Marketing, Journalism, Communications or related courses
  • Has at least 1 year working experience handling social media platforms, managing social media calendar and strategies
  • Knowledgeable in Social media management such as Facebooks Ads manager, metrics and insights utilization
  • Manage, develop and oversee social media strategy, content and calendar (daily/weekly)
  • Knowledge and understanding of algorithms and search engine optimization Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies
  • Experience with content management systems
  • Content writing skills for the company's websites and social media accounts
  • Knowledgeable in managing Tiktok business account
  • Has creative handle in content creation
  • Knowledgeable in Canva, Photoshop and other applications used for content creation
  • Knows how to engage and handle potential KOLs
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint), Adobe applications (basic skills) is a plus
